Another great place to surf in Cape Canaveral is the Banana River Aquatic Preserve, which covers 30,000 acres. There, you'll find an abundance of wildlife, including manatees, dolphins, bald eagles, terrapin turtles, and bald eagles. While the surf isn't the best, it's certainly one of the most fun.

Those looking for a more beginner-friendly surfing spot should try the Jetty Park break. A gentle sandbar is fed by a long, shallow jetty and is ideal for beginners.
